And I thought they said there was no such colour as Fiesta Red

Hi Bob,
I think you are refering to Fender when you say They !

Fender have always maintained there has been a Fiesta Red, it is Flamingo Pink that Fender say never existed, I still have a reciept from Kitchens Music in Leeds who ceased trading about 30 years ago, for my First Stratocaster which says "USA Fender Stratocaster Flamingo Pink" 160 guineas. (which equates to £168.) in 1962 .
Fiesta Red is most certainly a Fender colour.

Yes, sorry you are right, they is Fender and my memory is playing tricks. I was thinking of Flamingo Pink and wrote it before engaging my brain
