Potential Changes to the Sussex Club

After reviewing the events of the first six months of the Sussex Club, Ray (Field) and I have been discussing how to keep the club interesting (and perhaps even more interesting) and have taken note of feedback from all those who have spent some of their Sundays with us this year.
We plan to make one or two changes, depending on more feedback from you if you are a regular, an occasional visitor or a potential future participant.
So as not to be parochial, if you are interested in the club please visit the Sussex Club Section in the 'Club Area' for details of the proposals.
Kind regards
Terry

Although the main posting to this topic is in the 'Club Area' section, it has been pointed out to me that more (potentially interested) people are likely to pick this up in the 'General' section.
From the feedback we've had so far via postings here and personal contact via PMs and the telephone, it seems that most are for the proposed changes (see the Club Area)
The workshop hour idea has been particularly well received and now we would like some suggestions of subjects that we could include in the first trial on 28th November - Any suggestion welcome.
I have still to confirm with the Constitutional Club that we can start earlier but I don't expect this to be a problem. I shall confirm 1:00pm start in due course.
Please keep the feedback coming.
Kind regards and thankyou for viewing even if Sussex is of no interest to you whatsoever!

I wish you the very best for your club. Please bear in mind that the saying by Sartre has some relevance to running a Shadows Club - those who are rowing are too busy to rock the boat. I hope you get all the rowers you want, and that no-one pushes the chief oarsman into the water....
regards, Rick

Thanks for your comments, Rick, but I'm not sure what point you are trying to make.
kind regards,
Terry
