Get onto the thread with the voting form (http://shadowmusic.bdme.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=372), check out the piccies, choose tow you like, then scroll up and tick the two relevant boxes, then Submit...

Hmmm...

I've now cast two votes, but I would have liked to cast my second one for SH8 (which is one of those meeting the criteria of incorporating all the requred references) - but it isn't in the matrix.

Just point you mouse arrow over the box and click it, bingo.

Maybe I should have added that it's in the board header poll thread.

It seems I was not being stupid after all. There were no boxes to tick when I sent my message, but just now when I tried again, they miraculously appeared.........very strange.
