Well it was going to be a new multi fx unit
But on the 23rd we lost our 16.5 yr old pup & the wife was inconsolable, so I got this for the family instead

Guess I'll have to wait a while for the new pedal

Splendid Roger.

You'll get some decent sounds from the FX unit but it won't love you or bring joy to your lives like that little 'un will.

Mind you, the FX pedal won't nibble your earlobes / fingers / toes / socks / slippers et al. with the needles that pass for teeth during the first weeks.

Does he or she have a name yet?

JUDAS Jude a little boy
Our sonnie (RIP 22/12/2010) chose the name awhile ago
Any time one of the family had some thing he was always there & then when he'd finished he'd move on to the next victim that had treats etc.
we always said "You Judas" & he would cock his head to 1 side
So we always said that was the name for our next dog (if ever)
Lynn was beside her self with grief on weds but after a visit from an old m8 on thurs started talking about sonnie & said ,I want another perhaps in the spring.
I did a bit of searching & found this little bugger near me & ready to go
So picked up on xmas eve lunchtime
Her face was a picture She is in love all over again
Had To Be Done
ps 48 hrs without a loving dog is too long

Maybe she'll get me a pedal or my B/day :idea:

Almost forgot
New pony arrived for my daughter today

eldest girl got it for the youngest cos she outgrew her last one & has been without for 12 months
This is 1 pet that I def will not be inviting into the bed :lol:

(the pup has already claimed his spot)

I got the Haynes Fender Bass Manual, the latest edition in that series, & what a fabulous book it is. Full of superb pictures & tips on how to repair & maintain your Fender/Squier Bass. Highly recommended.
