Thought you had a wedding to go to about then, Dave?
I'll HAVE to go, as Pete has "bribed" me with a Riser for the Drum Kit - so no more hiding behind the Kit and blaming the Guitarists, eh!!
Regards
Paul
P.S: Glad to see that you "pop-in" here occasionally!

Well for anyone interested our show at the Dearne Playhouse is for charity, we even pay for our own drinks ( unless of course anyone offers) so come along and support this community theatre. If Community theatres are not supported there will be nowhere for live entertainment to be performed!

Ooh, Errr, Dave (Robbo)
............................no pressure, then!
Seriously, we'll be glad to see you. Like "Our Kid" says...................if there aint any community theatres left, where WILL folks hear live Shads music, now that "the main men" are (deservedly) taking it easy?
These community theatres are really in dire straits (no pun intended) with local authorities, The Arts Council, et al, pulling their supporting funding.
OK, if your idea of "Shadows Music" is playing to backing tracks in the privacy of your own home - then by all means stay away.
If, however, you really DO want to keep-on hearing LIVE music played in the style of The Shadows, you really SHOULD support the venues that make it possible.
Like Pete says, "We even buy our own drinks (unless....!)", so be assured, "Life Story" don't take ANY "cut" from ANY of the gigs we do.
We'll have a great night - we hope that you do, too.
Regards
Paul
P.S............If we HAD called ourselves "The BRILLIANT Hank, Bruce, Brian, Mark & Cliff", we might JUST have gained a little more attention around these parts, eh?

Way to go guys!!!
Live music as most of us agree is all important today in light of cuts to various bodies.
Ange & I cannot be there but wish you every success on the night.

Thanks for your good wishes, Ron.
It IS rather a long drag from your neck of the woods, isn't it!
Regards
Paul

P.S.........Keep music LIVE - even if it ISN'T 100% "That Sound", eh?
