Lonesome fella, lonesome and so blue
Lonesome fella, all on account of you
Lonesome fella, walkin' around, all alone

Lonesome fella, why did you treat me so?
Lonesome fella, I don't know where to go
Lonesome fella, walkin' around, all alone

It doesn't matter, to you, how many hearts you break
It doesn't matter, to you, how many lonesome fellas you make

Lonesome fella, you had it all your way
Lonesome fella, and now you've got to pay
Lonesome fella, walkin' around, all alone

It doesn't matter, to you, how many hearts you break
It doesn't matter, to you, how many lonesome fellas you make

Lonesome fella, you had it all your way
Lonesome fella, and now you've got to pay
Lonesome fella, walkin' around, all alone

PS: I assume the wordless vocal accompaniment is best rendered: "Dom diddly dom, dom, dom". Though it is possible it was originally intended as "Dum, diddly dum, dum, dum", it sounds more like a short "o" in the vowel sound.

You may play it in C if you want to!

The Shadows' version is in B...
