As I expected, there are more potential buyers than I have copies available.

The first six appear to be:

The best ways to pay me will be by (a) sterling cheque / crossed postal order or (b) direct transfer into my bank account by internet banking (sterling, of course). The amount will be £30 + p'n'p. The overseas buyers may be able to pay via Paypal. But I'll have to add on a little for the Paypal charges - this is a favour I'm doing for a friend, not a commercial undertaking.

UK candidates: I'll reply to your PMs with the amount required and my address. Hans: I know the European rate and will do the same. Andy: I'll have to check Registered Post rates to your country (but I don't think it'll be cheap).
