There is a free plug-in for Winamp called Pacemaker which will slow down mp3 and wav files very effectively.
It is also a key changer.

You can download the video using Real Player - which can also then convert the sound track to mp3.

You can't slow motion the vid. You can slow the music however by playing the music normally and at the same time recording the sound to your hard drive one you've captured the track you can get a percentage variation on the slow or speed up etc using an editor

Be careful not to clip the meters so keep the record level down or you'll distort. Then whichever sound editor you have simply go to the % track length facility and have the track to the length which suits you. Fortunatley Sound Forge retains the pitch

Thanks Brian,
Bear with me, I was on the Realamp/winamp trail, so the matter is becoming hazy now....
I am looking for an easy way.

I downloaded Realamp and Winamp and Pacemaker and then the Updates started slowing down the computer.
I give up, apparently there is no simple way. Nevertheless, thanks all for your input.
