During a conversation with Bruce this morning he confirmed that Alan Hawkshaw will be joining Warren Bennett and Friends at Shadowmania this year. Also after their success last year The Runaways have been added to the line-up.
See you there. :P

That's great news for those who are attending. Hope he takes his Hammond.

Any news of his book, The Hawk Talks, which I thought was due out this year?

I hope he takes his chord book - anyone remember the debacle during FBI on the Japanese concert recording in the seventies ?

Dare I admit that I love that album - The Shadows Live at the Sankei Hall. Always been a favourite of mine. Sorry!!! I was delighted to be able to add the original LP to my collection a few years ago, courtesy of eBay and a very nice gentleman from Germany. Hawkshaw's a legend and rightly so. Sadly I shall not be attending Shadowmania, wish I was now, but I shall keep my fingers crossed and keep an eye on Youtube afterwards. You lucky people. I wonder if he'll play the theme to Mr. Trimble...???

:D
