Shads No.1 singles

Whilst we all know that the Shads had five No.1 singles here in the UK, were there any that reached No. 1 in other countries but not here? If so, has anyone any idea of the TOTAL number of No. 1 hits they had?

"Theme From The Deer Hunter (Cavatina)" was a number 1 hit in The Netherlands in 1979.

So it's at least seven then? I was hoping that we could have approached EMI with a suggestion for THE SHADOWS 20 WORLDWIDE NUMBER ONES, but I guess not.
I've got the Dutch issue Double Groove 12" singles of Cavatina/Argentina - although I'm sorry to say that I didn't buy them in 1979!!!
