Agree with Richard, what a great week-end. I've heard Past Masters a number of times over the years, but they were superb, the best I'd ever heard them.

Unlike Alan, I'd never seen PM before Sunday. Totally blown away by their performance - slick, fast-moving and utterly professional. Nice to see David Eyre back behind the kit, and Robbo's choice of guitars had me drooling. Not unusual, I hear my travelling companions say...

Great weekend.

I totally agree! Jim and Margaret (plus everyone else involved in organising the great weekend) well done. All the bands played very well and I was blown away with the Past Masters!
My only problem was finding my way around the metro centre complex. i think it is the only place I become totally disorientated!!
Thank you to Tyneside!

I can only agree with my two fellow countrymen - Messrs McKillop and Geddes - a fantastic weekend. ShadzBand, Silver 60's both excellent and Past Masters incredible and one of the highlights for me was Lic's great item about Jet. Thanks to everyone who was involved.

Hi all.
Thank you Jim and Margaret for a super weekend. A first time for Sue and myself at your music fest but what a fantastic event. Can only agree with the above posts. The Silver 60s. Shadzband all deserve medals but for me Pastmasters won the gold. We have seen their Shadows gigs and their Rock The Juke Box gigs at various venues but their one and a half hr set on sunday was awesome. Again thank you Jim, Margaret and all the other guitarist, bass players, drummers and sound men for a fantastic weekend.
Regards Geoff.

Hi Tommy
I was going to ask you, over the weekend, what was the wireless system you were using over the weekend? on the small stage. You were a very busy man so I didnt like to interupt you.
Regards Geoff.

Thank you all for those kind comments, it was a pleasure to be part of the show and great to see so many old friends from the Shads clubs around the country - it was like it used to be before all the politics kicked in - you all know what I mean.
Great venue, lovely people, thanks again, we all enjoyed the day.
