Doncaster Shadows Club Sunday 10 July

Just thought I'd mention this gig as it's held the second Sunday every month and I always try to attend as it's nearby. Good to see the old faces as well as some new ones today although a little sparse because of the holiday season, but never the less an enjoyable afternoon with some unusual tunes being performed which is a refreshing change.
Thanks to Geoff, Mick, Pete and Johnny for supplying the tackle and some good entertainment (the playing isn't bad either) and giving me an opportunity to try and play the drums, an enjoyable ordeal may I say.
So here's to the next one in August - see ya there !

Good to see young Peter and his family at Doncaster a great young talent who can show some of us 'more mature' folks (Ok old duffers then!) how to play Shadow's music.

Peter Ravenhill has great potential as a guitarist as he is still only twelve years old but shows maturity and skill in his playing. I enjoyed trying to play the drums for him and the bit of rhythm guitar as well. See you again Pete.
