This item number on ebay (above) They must be joking on the price and it is not one of the genuine Marvin anniversary 2004 as I believe they had a neck pocket, and a trim down both sides of the neck. Or am I wrong ?

That looks like a 2004 Burns Anniversary Marvin to me. In fact, it's just like mine.

Not all of the 2004 batch had the original sixties-style neck pocket.

Yes it is genuine, but a little overpriced at £1800+
My friend Arthur has his for sale @ £675 unmarked and only played half a dozen times, it's a minter.
