Thanks to everyone who voted in the board header poll and to all the contributors. The poll has now been running for 2 weeks and we therefore have a winner.

Congratulations to Bojan for designing the winning entry. The board header will be changed later today with his winning design.

Thank you Bob and thanks to the members for voting! I think that all the entries would have been excellent board headers.

I have to admit that when I was making the header designs, I wasn't aware that the designs were supposed to be for this blue color scheme but for various color schemes, which is why I made so many designs. The design I had in mind for the blue color scheme was BD6, which, I'm very happy to say, came in a close second. BD5 was my design for a purple and yellow color scheme. But you voted and BD5 won, and I'm very proud!

Cracking design and a worthy winner.

I'll echo (excuse the punn - non intended) what others have said. Well done Bojan, the new header board makes a significant difference to the appearance of the site, it looks great, and gives an instant recognition to the sites subject matter.

Congratulations Bojan......It looks nice, much better than my temp blue banner.........It's a shame we haven't got more pages to use a few more of the designs submitted, I must say the standard was very high, we all had our fav's but this way it's been fair," a banner design chosen by the members", and no doubt at some stage Bob Dore will use some of the others, Bob is very busy at the moment and has very little time to work on this site.........A big thankyou for all that took part in this.....................Food for thought, how about, Design A Shadows CD Cover Comp, no prizes, just for fun..........Let us know your thoughts and if your keen we wil start a new thread next week.................
