Hi I got mum and dad to take me back to Doncaster yesterday, I had a great time again, It was made extra good by the fact that ALAN JONES had came for a vist.. It was great watching him play live (first time for me)..what was even better is that he played with me..how cool was that ?

I love coming to these clubs and being made so welcome, and playing live to the band hopefully I will be going to the North Notts club next weekend...

That's really great for you Peter. You are (IMHO) a very talented young guitarist. Alan Jones (although he is one of the most modest people you could ever wish to meet) is one of the GREATEST EVER bass players. He will never 'name drop' - but he has played for / with many of the most famous performers in Pop music history. It says a lot that Alan still loves his music and that he will happily attend club events and play bass for all and sundry. He is a lovely man as well as being an outstanding player - now, I'm sure that you know both of those things. A great day for you and it's brilliant that your mum and dad are happy to take you along to these different Shadows Clubs. They are all wonderful musical and social events. Another cracking video - keep 'em coming.

As a matter of interest, do visiting ex Shad members charge an appearance fee when they move around the country to these clubs?
