I know Eric Snowball and knew that the shop had closed, but from the little I've heard, if you buy a s/h unit, I don't think you should count on any ESE service or repair work.

I bought a Mk 6SE 18 months ago, and Eric told me he was stopping production of machines as he could not source good enough quality parts at a decent price

Hi all.
I believe all the model ESE echo's are based on the Meazzi Echomatic models, hence the name ESE Echomatic.
If there was reason to require servicing, repair and Eric's team are no longer available I would have no hesitation in asking Amanda to do the work.
I myself was lucky enough to purchace Eric's last ESE Echomatic VI SE. and a fantastic piece of kit it is.
Regards Geoff.

David sold his ESE V1R a couple of years ago.
As my playing days seem to be limited, I would consider selling my own ESE Mk1V for any sensible offer.
