ZOOM Q3 RECORDER- SETTNGS

Hi
Has Anyone Used The ZoomQ3 Video/Audio recorder
I get Realy Good Audio quality / Average video quality
what is the best setting ,there are so many options i dont realy understand what they are
taking up space on the memory card is not a issue,i would presume the 24bit choice would give the best sound quality
i currently have it set to 44.1 khz 24 bit and level set to auto
in the sound quality menu you have the choice of
pcm 44.1 khz 24bit
pcm 43khz 16bit
pcm 48khz 24bit
pcm 44.1 khz 16bit
pcm 48khz 16bit
mp3 48kbps
mp3 56kbps
mp3 64kbps
mp3 80kbps
mp3 96kbps
mp3 112kbps
mp3 128kbps
mp3 160kbps
mp3 192kbps
mp3 224kbps
mp3 256kbps
mp3 320kbps
