Hi, I am interested in comming a long to your clubs next meeting, just wanted to know if you play only to backing tracks or if you make up live bands to play along with? thanks Peter

We like to do as much live band as we can. With two drummers both bringing kit (one left-handed, one right) it helps justify their effort!

I would definitely recommend going to this club if you are able to. I went for the first time at the last meeting and the welcome I received was astounding. They even managed to tempt me up to murder two songs to a backing track- something I had never attempted before. Although I was truly awful they were really really encouraging and I will most definitely be attending on Sunday (sorry folks!! )

The trick is to enjoy the buzz of getting up there and doing it, and if we can learn a bit as we go along so much the better. Everyone is nervous to start with (some of us never really get over it) , but it gives an edge to a great value afternoon, good music , good company, and a good buffet.

As they say, "what's not to like.....enjoy!"
