Music Magpie - The Shadows top the £££ chart

Hi

Anyone used Music Magpie (or similar)? It's a service which buys your old CD's games & DVD's off you if you don't want them anymore. Just wondering whether the experience is good bad or indifferent ....... :?

As I tend to use Sonos / Spotify & iTunes there's little need for me to keep loads of CDs anymore so I'm looking at off loading.

I scanned a few discs and most are worth 30p each - with the exception of Brothers In Arms which they have offered 40p for and quite surprisingly, The Shads - Reflection which they offered 45p for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mark.

They are indeed a rip off heap of cow****
I and some of my friends/neighbours have all tried their "fabulous offer" and none of us have been offered much more than mentioned here.
The cds/dvds have to be something really special to get any decent money.

If it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

Go to a car boot sale or stick them on ebay.
