Sunday 18th October 2009 Manchester

I have put some pictures into a photo album. I don't know if they are accessible by all?

Great show, great sound. I was in block F maybe 30 yards from the stage?

Didn't see any members of shadowmusic?

What great vocals from Bruce and Hank! ( and Cliff as well )

Anybody else there?

Gulp!

Great vocals from Warren as well of course!!!!!!!

Sorry about my gaff there waffles.

Warren glued it together at times thickening the already great vocal canvas, providing all the orchestral bits for an absent Norrie Paramour! Wonderful land was exceptionally well done, the horns and strings being spot on. Warren fills in all the gaps with tambourine, harmonica, percussion, you name it he fills it in! Great work Warren.

I was at last nights show, with my 9 and 14 year old lads!! The eldest may have been the only person there wearing the "emo" style of dress.
I was incredibly impressed by Brian in particular, I have now seen two bands were I could happily have watched and listened to the drummer alone all night, the other was Blondie. his drumming on Dancin' Shoes of all things actually made the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end. We had a great, if rather odd view from the side, I could see Brians bass drum pedal working away all night.
Great show, first time I have seen either Cliff or the Shads, and I hope, maybe against hope, that another final tour could happen.
