Hanks Strings 1984--Question

Anyone clarify the exact guage on this performance? :D

I think it was mentioned before that the recording was done using 10's but he had the fat bridge PU to thicken the sound. Hard to say what they exactly are but he is bending easy so probably 10's but do not know for sure.

The Fat Strat bridge pickup was on the black Strat, but I'm not sure if it was there for Argentina.

Hank used the 'Fat Strat' DiMarzio bridge pickup on the red one as well for a while. Fender brought out his signature model with this in place along side two Seymour Duncan pickups. :idea:

Hank told me he had stock pickups in that strat around the time of that concert,however fs1s were mentioned on some tracks on Simply/Moonlight/Steppin/ albums and on I sig strat for the solo tours,(90s onwards) maybe the 58 strat was modded ??
