I saw Imelda May and the band play a gig in Glasgow just before they flew off to New York to record the show with JB.
Thanks for the tip-off, Keith

I was a lttle disappointed .
It's when he has a strat in his arms that he becomes extraordinary.

The metal contraption which serves as a nut on the Jeff Beck signature Stratocaster is a Trev Wilkinson design and was licensed to Fender some time before Trev got involved with John Hornby Skewes and the Encore and Vintage ranges of guitars as well as his own later "Fret King" models.

It's a 'Roller Nut' - I had a Strat Plus a few years ago that had it fitted as standard and I found that it worked well.
