Well.... here's a new development then!

I needed to test moving a server within our virtual server network and decided that since our server TIBER was down already (TIBER is the server which hosted the Berkshire Shadows Forum), I'd use TIBER as my test. As you will see if you pop along to http://www.berkshireshadows.org/forums, everything worked fine and the server came up perfectly. I have decided that for the moment anyhow, and to see how popular (or not) the forum remains, I'd re-open it to all.

One thing though - you will need to be a registered user (i.e. a user with an logged in account) to read and reply to messages on the forum so if you used to have an account, best to use it if you'd like to continue to use the forum. If you can't remember your login name or password, drop me an Email and I'll do my best to help. If you have never had an account on the forum, please register for a new account and take it from there.

If the forum is used for conversations, uploads etc., I'll leave it running but, if only used once again for the downloads section, and if there is little or no communication in the various forums, I'll close it again in a month or three.

Had a number of visits already. Folks need to remember that to see the forums etc. and the downloads they need to sign in. As a guest one can see.... nothing.
