has anyone ever heard of or seen this publication ?
doesnt seem to be a ISBN catalogue number

It has been on sale for some time now.
You may wish to read Malcolm Campbell's review in Pipeline, or the comments on his website.

Having briefly read Malcolm Campbell's review of this tome I think I shall stay far away from it.
