My first look - George H with a red Stratocaster! On loan from Clapton?

It certainly looks like one of the first batch of Fender Eric Clapton signature Strats, complete with Lace Sensor pickups (and blocked-off tremolo). The "standard" colour would be that pewter/silver finish, but some came through in FR.

I think one of the earliest users of a Fiesta red maple neck Strat was the US r'n'b singer/guitarist Pee Wee Crayton. But his had a gold anodised aluminium scratchplate. On You Tube there are pix of his album covers and publicity shots showing the red one from about 1956/7..some folk say Guitar Slim (Eddie Jones) also used a red Strat in the mid '50's (he died in about 1959..)

Could well be an early Eric Clapton Stratocaster given the appearance. If so, the red would be Torino Red. Eric playing his Torino Red signature strat may be seen on "Eric Clapton and Friends Live 1986" and "Live in Montreux."
