If there's any return to the GW Club for whatever reason please let Jock the landlord and his wife ( what a lovely pair ) know.
Don't sell youselves short on that, if it's too much money I won't be going back.

Good turn out at the Saddlers Arms and a good friendly evening and enjoyable time had by all. We also had cobs provided by Jock the landlord. We had a whip around for the cobs and Jock put the money straight in the charity box bless him.
Jock the landlord says he and his wife are organising an 'Open Mike evening ' Friday 10th Aug at the Saddlers, if anyone fancies supporting the first open eveing. Guitarists, Singers and other musicians alike are welcome to play what they do best. He asks for a small delegation from us lot to attend and ensure the evening does not flop although they are going to advertise it.
I think a few of us should offer our support.

Yes it was a good turnout, and I'll support the Open Mic night, even though I'll only be watching!!
Those Baps were lovely weren't they..
