Info please: Magic Records (France)

Can anyone suggest where I might get a copy of "Originals & Alternates 60's Studio Versions" which was released on the French Magic label several years ago?

I've been hunting high & low with no success as it appears to have some interesting tracks on it.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, that's the one, but the listing shows Deleted & Unavailable. I've tried 3Bay and all the obvious places with no luck.

But I am not sure about the the seller's reliability and I think that the price is much too high. The CD crops up on eBay every now and then. If you don't need it that urgent I would wait.

Many former Magic Records Shadows releases are no more available. You can only get them from resellers who still have some in stock, or second hand. The only ones which are curently available are those two : http://www.magic-records.com/boutique_u ... g_us&num=3

Pity you didn't contact us Chris a couple of months ago. We stocked all Magic releases as they became available. Although we had a waiting list for this we managed to get quite a few copies but now sold out. Info for anyone else who hasn't got some of the past releases on the Magic Label, the company will not be repressing any of their Shadows or Cliff releases once sold out as the label is winding down pending Martial's retirement next year. You can check out what is still in our stock by going to our web site and clicking on the database icon and entering Magic Records (ignoring those that come up with Magic in one of the song titles).

If Martial Martinay retires next year, I guess it will be the end of Magic Records which is bad news, as they have been a major supplier of reissues for many years.
