Legend in Whitby

Again, what it says on the tin. One of our infamous Lunchtime with Legend series; Sunday 2nd Sept, 12-30(ish) Cafe Area of Whitby Pavilion on the Westcliff overlooking 't' sea. Had a great time playing to a full house in Saltburn last Saturday, and we're expecting a good crowd for our lunchtime session. So, come early and get a good seat. It's free B.T.W. so all self-respecting Yorkshiremen should be at the front of the queue. See you there.
Love,
Mart

Sorry to be a pest, lads, but I wanted to bring this to the attention of those who might have been on hols or immersed in the great "Who will it be?" debate. See you there.
Mart.

Looking forward to seeing you & Irene again, Rich. And, of course, any other Shads' fans from the Scarborough/Whitby/Filey area.

Hi Martin,
Sorry that we will miss it as we like coming to the spa at Whitby but it is the guitar club meeting in Scarborough on the same day. Hope it goes well. I was chatting to a friend of yours and Ang's at Radio York last week when doing a broadcast about Peasholm Park. Seems you two are known all over !
Regards Linda

Hi

Really enjoyed the boys today. Tony has settled in well and the Burns numbers were terrific. Just confirmed what I had though before; What a great Bass Player Chris Jarvis is!!

Great day!!

Regards

Stuart

Thanks, Stuart, for those encouraging words; and to everyone who supported us on the day (166, apparently) It was great to have the opportunity to play a comprehensive set of Fender & Burns tunes with no restriction and to an audience who really appreciated what we did. Legend At Luchtime nearly turned into Supper With Legend, but nobody seemed to mind. Thanks, again.

Dear Martin: Are there any current videos of Legend on YouTube or anywhere? This is my favourite one, of the ones I could find...and the one person I recognise :) is no longer in the line-up, I understand. Are you in this video?

Thank you and kind regards,
Donna
