CHILDREN IN NEED, ABERYSTWYTH, 2nd year running!

Last year Ken Gilbert and myself raised £429 for Children In Need, playing live 'Shadows' style guitar music in Aberystwyth for over five hours, non-stop. It's great to see that more of you are using our music this year for such a worthy cause, including ourselves who, on November 20th, will be doing it all over again. This time, with a better 'pitch', right in the town centre, and the help and support of the Aberystwyth Lions, we hope to improve on our previous effort. If any of you are in the vicinity, please come and say hello (and bung us a tenner!)

Delighted to see that you wil be supporting Children in Need again this year.
I enjoyed your efforts last year despite being stuck at the end of a windy railway station platform.
A town centre site sounds more appealing.Where exactly will you be?
I shall do my best to deliver my tenner in person.

Neville - we'll be by the Welsh Shop, opposite Barclays Bank, from around 10.30am. The Aberystwyth Lions are providing some kind of shelter, but we're still hoping for a late Indian Summer!
