Let me tell you baby ... it's called rock'n'roll mp3

Postby PeterT » 08 Jan 2013, 10:37

Dear All,

Does anyone know if Cliff's Let me tell you baby ... it's called rock'n'roll is a available as an mp3 download?
As I only wish to listen to the Drifters/Shadows Tracks it seem silly to have to buy the whole album.
Unfortunately Amazon do not agree.

Can anyone help

Many Thanks

Peter

I'm not sure that it is (legitimately) . Even if you're not much of a Cliff fan (and i count myself in that group ie. not) i would strongly recommend you buy the cd from rollercoaster records. It's brilliant, Cliff rocks with the exception of a couple of pieces of yuck (Living Doll for one). They are supposed to be bringing out a Drifters/shads set later this year (?) but rollercoaster is truly worthy of our support. Check out their Buddy Holly sets too.
Anyway, just to repeat myself....man go buy it. It's superb (and mp3s suck when there's the option of full cd quality even for off air/old recordings).

Have you tried iTunes???

If the CD's available there you can normally buy/download individual tracks for 79p.

It's not available for mp3 download, but the CD isn't that expensive : £ 12 +shipping for a double CD which includes a booklet with some nice photos...
