Justin Hayward & The Shadows
Quoted from the January issue of '60s music magazine The Beat (http://www.beat-magazine.co.uk):
INTO THE SHADOWS
Justin Hayward of The Moody Blues has named The Shadows as one band with whom he would like to have played.
He is highly-rated by his peers in the music business as lead guitarist with the Moodies, as well as being a top-notch singer and songwriter.
“There is a few bands I would like to have been in - The Shadows, The Crickets, or playing acoustic guitar with Steely Dan,” said Justin, who was once a member of Marty Wilde’s Wildcats.
The Moody Blues start a UK tour on Wednesday, June 5, in Oxford’s New Theatre, at 8pm.
