What happens and when?

I just tried it and it works for me.

You do need java installed to make it work but you will get a java error message if you don't have it.

Bob.

Just tried it successfully. I needed to register (there is a "register" button on the dialog box that appears when you first click on "Chat") and select a nickname and password and supply an email address. The nickname and password are not the same ones you already use to log onto Shadowmusic.

Now, what to chat about :) ?

Yep I get exactly the same.

Had to load Java - even though it was previously loaded - but still the same error

On a different machine I get a "missing Java plug in" message but the plug in finder does not find the required plug in. I'm using Firefox - are you guys getting these errors with IE or other browswers too?

I too tried again last night. Re-registered and created new password. Got into the chat app, but it would not register any input text.

Whatever nickname I try to use it tells me is already in use including implausibly, 'ericusthackerus'
