Levisham - not good news
Posted: 01 Jun 2013, 22:11To any of the regulars who usually join us for the North Yorkshire Moors Railway 60s Weekend, be aware that there will be no Shadows bands playing this year.
For the past eight years the Levisham 60s event has been organised by volunteers and it has built up to be a really great weekend as anyone who has been will know.
This year the organisation has been taken over by the NYMR Marketing Dept and they have decided to change the bands. This decision also means there will be no Shadows band at the Vintage Vehicle event in July.
However, our usual bands Shadows Music, Shazam with Ian Geast plus guests will now be appearing as part of the Pickering 60s Festival by presenting an evening show at the Memorial Hall on Friday 14th June.
