Shadows Cover Show in Manila, 1993

Here is a video of a 1993 reunion show for a local band in Manila. The band is The Technicolors, which came closest to the Shadows sound here in the early 1960s. They disbanded in about 1965 and reunited only for this show. The material is 99% Shadows, played with Burns guitars (and one Rickenbacker). The video is the full show, complete with guests filing in (not too long, don’t worry), but enjoyable. If there’s nothing good on TV, you could pretend you are in a bar in Manila in 1993, listening to Shadows music. The players are very talented.

Yes, some reunion! You'd think they'd been playing together with scarcely a break.

I've seen only a small section so far but I'll catch the rest when I have an hour or so to myself.
