What you see on that video is only a little clip from a much longer recording (in High Definition, using the only HD camera there that day). The raw footage runs to over half an hour and includes the various speeches from Cliff Richard and others. It just needs some of my time to do the edit.

Some true legends in that footage. Sadly, none of them present on the day I visited. Oh well...

In the late 50's my mother took me to Dudley Hippodrome to see Wee Willie Harris (in clip) also on the bill was Colin Hicks and The Cabin Boys (the late joe Moretti ) on lead (not sure if Joe had joined till early 60's). Terry Dene (white sports coat) was on as well.
