(what's that musician's joke where a percussionist has this message left on his phone pad 'Lansdowne tomorrow CDT two beulah bells' ' and he phones round all the fixers until he twigs that he's booked to be in a studio at Holland park at half-past two the next afternoon to play tubular bells?)
