Almost finished as an instrumental. Anyone here interested to hear the instrumental version?

Hi Bob, not too keen on the song, but I've got to say that guitar sound and playing techniques are beautiful. Couple of little touches on the trem, barely noticeable little dips really, take it to another level.
Brilliant

Hi Bob,

I really like this one too, exceptionally well played and interpreted as an instrumental!

Many thanks Gary.

Yes some songs take a while to get used to, videos as well. Actually one example of a video I've watched probably 80 times is Lara Fabian 'Adagio'. Earth shattering voice, just when u think she's hit the ceiling, out comes another octave, remarkable.

Hi Bob,

I’ve just watched Laura Fabian “adagio” and I can see what you mean, she had not come up on my radar before despite selling over 20 million records worldwide?

Apparently, she is a Belgian-Canadian and now returned to live permanently in Montreal, Quebec to be with her family.

Yes a really big talent. (Lara by the way not Laura). Better than Celine Dion, plus writes great songs and is fluent and sings in 6-7 languages. Incredibly effective hand movements in her live performances. Check out 'Broken Vow' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNVR0yK8Ec8which she wrote and performed. It's been done many times as an instrumental, including myself.

She's certainly very accomplished, I'm a little surprised this works well as an instrumental (particularly guitar), for me it's the lyrics that express the sentiment.

Recently, I have been listening to versions of "Where is Your Heart", Cliff Richard did a version of this on "Rare EP Tracks", but I still prefer both the film version from Joni James (1958) and Mantovani Orchestra versions equally. My grandfather was a cinema manager, so I was very much into all this at an early age and this Mantovani version was always being played in our local "Embassy" as one went in and in the intermissions (almost on repeat). The two he ran and the then local one are now sadly demolished, but I still have nostalgic memories of what were really good times!

Yes I recognized the song when it started playing from years ago.
Check this girl's voice out. Just think 6 years before this video was made her mum would have been packing her play lunch when she went to school for the first time. Incredible, and by the way the song is 'owned' by Shirley Bassey not Sinatra's version IMHO. But hey we're getting way beyond this thread a bit now.
