Sad news- yet another great player (and singer) passing...RIP Lonnie..his biggest hit was his guitar instrumental version of Memphis in July 1963..

Lonnie's Gibson Flying V was the first time I'd ever seen such a guitar, subsequently played in the 60s by Dave Davies with the Kinks.
