Anyone have any news on The Rapiers? Are they still going? Can't find anything up to date on the interweb. Like a lot of things which I used to take for granted I now worry that they're no longer around.

They certainly are still around. They are active on Facebook with a list of gigs for this year

Thanks Steve. I forgot to factor in that I don't do Facebook whereas nearly everyone else does!

I suppose it's a lot easier and quicker to set up a facebook page for your group than to create a full website?

Our drummer did this, and created a facebook page for our group, which seems to effectively spread the word about our upcoming gigs etc..
