Can clicking links open a new tab/window please ?

Can this site be tweaked so that when you click a link it opens in a new "blank" tab or window. It's a real nuisance when links open in the same window and something stuffs up and if your browser's "back" button won't work you have to abort and restart from scratch.

It might be tricky because there are different ways links can work but I can certainly change the BBCodes.
