One of my friends bought it from Amazon on CD and apparently it arrived yesterday!

I'm assuming he bought it from Amazon... he might have got it from Leo's Den. Either way, not bad for an album which isn't released until today!

P.S am I imagining things or did albums/singles used to be released on a MONDAY ? :?

Amazon often deliver early. Mine came yesterday from them.

A guy on facebook brought his from Leos Den and he got it on Tuesday!

I picked up WAW today at Morrisons for a tenner, it's already at number 7 on their chart so i expect it will be top 10 soon.
I was also looking at the remixed Pepper but i'm not buying it again for what would be the fourth time, i suspect this is just another cash cow.

I suspect you are right about Sgt. Pepper. It only seems like five minutes ago that all the Beatles albums were released in remastered and/or remixed form and everyone was raving about them, saying that they sounded brilliant - just as George Martin and the lads always wanted them to sound! And this time it's George Martin's SON who's done it!!! We're at a point now where every year will bring a 50th anniversary of some famous album or other, so where does it end? I can hear those cash registers going Kerr-ching! even as I write this!!!
