Great interview with Hank on Soundcloud

This is the best interview I've heard with Hank in quite a while.

Yes I enjoyed that.

Naturally I skipped the first quarter of an hour or so where they discussed the borefest that is his latest album, but the rest of it was really good - probably because the interviewer avoided asking the same old obvious questions that most interviewers do. The amusing sound effects added something to it as well.

Thanks Bernard. I never knew that Hank suffered from Reynards syndrome - so there was a medical reason why he wanted to live in Australia, it wasn't just that he fancied a warmer climate. By the way, the "How do you feel about your name being used as cockney rhyming slang for 'starvin''?" is replacing the "How did you first meet Cliff?"/"How did you get your first Strat?" as the most irritating Hank interview question for me!

Great, thanks for posting this Bernard. I agree about skipping the first 15 minutes but the following hour is well worth it!

I want to hear non music questions about his life such as what his favourite foods are, where does he go on holiday, what kind of films does he like etc. But this probably would not be of interest to anyone and are not asked. Also, he is quite a private man so may not like being asked too much about those areas of his life.
