Don and Phil were big influences on a lot of the arists that emerged in the 1960s, also on Hank and Bruce. After Phil passed away in 2014 and now also his older brother. Rest in peace Don...

Assuming the information on Wikipedia is correct, their mother is 101 or 102 years old now!

Sad to lose the guy. I have been listening recently to "Songs Our Daddy Taught Us" - exquisite harmonies. At least he had a good innings methinks.
