Yup I got rid of the strings that came with it, they were off a crossbow I think and put on my usual 10-46.
On trying it though I'm going to stiffen up ( I'm that excited ! ) and put some 11-48s on .
I can't get on with heavy strings full stop but I think it requires a little more than 10-46 to bring out the acoustic qualities of the carved top.
