The program simply tells you what a video file really is.

Ignore the CD error, run the program, click on browse and find the file(s). Once selected the program will tell you what it is. We will then know what codec you need.

Hi Bob, I have clicked on the files but the comp tells me to go to browse and then i cannot open file.
