Reunited - much better - straight in at No.6 in the album charts.

As for the album, a very good result, coming in at #6, and I really, really, really hope that it'll go higher. There must be 200,000 people going to see them in the UK over the course of the tour. If only half of them buy the album then it should easily get to number 1. It's thirty years since the Shadows last topped the album charts, so what a great way to mark the anniversary. As for Cliff, I have a feeling his last number 1 album was back in the mid 90s, so he's about due for another one too!!! Personally I love the album, it's great to hear the Shadows actually sounding like the Shadows again (after a decade of progressively diluting their sound) and I think everyone concerned should be given a hearty slap on the back.
Cliff and the Shads for #1? I hope so.
