However, is that what we generally mean by "that sound", or do we mean the sound on the records?

Whenever I refer to 'That Sound' , I'm talking about the early recorded sound between 1958/1962 that was until recently just a little bit elusive.

Regarding another version of 'That Sound', I would say the recording at Kingston is a good yardstick.

I guess it's already been said, but thanks Bruce for another absolutely fantastic weekend. It was great meeting up with old friends and of course to make new ones as well. Hopefully, we'll all be there again in 2011(?).

I was lucky enough to record 98% of the whole concert in HD. Which has turned out really well now I've had a chance
to review the videos.

The evening performance I recorded from the balcony in line with centre stage.
I've started uploading the tracks to Youtube starting with Bruce Welch's Shadows.
Each file is half gig and takes 3 hours to upload so it will take a time.
I started with Song Number 3 Moonlight Shadow because I was knocked out with Phil Kelly's Solo. " Awesome "
Now I will upload them in order of Performace - So "Outdigo" Opening song is on it's way in about 2 hours.

Here is a link to Moonlight Shadow - If you broadband is fast enough choose 1080p and full screen for best effect.
