I believe that both Finders Keepers and R & G, both suffered from poor master tapes and are therefore unlikely to appear in dvd format. However, there are good quality dvd's of both films recorded from the original FK video and a video transferred from an original 35mm (I think) film of R & G. I have both the original VHS tapes (which are not for sale) and the dvd's are as good as these.

Just to be a tad contentious :x (!) - The Daily Mail gives away Cliff DVDs, BUT . . . The Daily Telegraph next week is giving away John Wayne DVDs. Now that's what I call films !!

Rhythm & Greens was shown on TV here in Oz back in the '60's- only in black & white then- and of course there were no video recorders or DVDs then , but I saw that it was being shown, and was ready with my reel to reel tape recorder and recorded the soundtrack from the TV speaker...I think I still have the recording- trouble is I don't have a working recorder to play it back these days- maybe one day I'll find an old unit in a pawnshop that works...

To me, the best Cliff and The Shads film has to be Expresso Bongo- luckily I have this on videotape, and I have a VCR that still works so I can watch it whenever!

Yes George, my good lady has collected the tokens, and sent them off with £7.99 for the deluxe case as well, probably be a cardboard box.

I purchased the set via eBay, (£4.99 incl p&p) and they arrived today. I don't know how much the DM costs, but I reckon I got a good deal. :D

Apart from the first one, which was purchased in Farnham, and therefore more expensive, the Scottish DM cost me £0.30 for each of the six days.

However, they were only available in W H Smith or Tesco, which meant a train fare, so £4.99 delivered was a good deal...
