Hi All
Bim Bam records have a 'new' cd by Jerry Lordan 'The 50th Anniversary Album', it contains his Parlophone album 'All My Own Work' and the A & B sides of his singles including the rare 1970 CBS single 'The Old Man And The Sea/Harlequin Melodies' there is also a bonus track 'Apache' by some group called The Shadows (they are quite good). My copy has arrived and it is superb. A great tribute to a fantastic composer. Jim

I guess they consider than no one outside of the UK knows anything about Jerry Lordan.
I'd love to add a copy to my collection and just hope that it may appear on the dreaded eBay at some stage!
Cheers,
JB

I have just ordered a copy. You can order Bim Bam items from all over the world. The special offer for UK customers means postage free for purchases of 6 or more items.
Postage costs within the UK/Europe/Rest of the world are GBP 1.00/2.35/3.15.

Hope this is of help.

I, in fact, outside the UK, know Jerry Lordan. :-) Even his early solo Parlophone singles have magic to them: so many chords! Does this CD round up all those early releases?

Hi Greg,
A really neat CD. It includes everything that Jerry Lordan recorded for EMI - plus his ultra rare one - off single for CBS. Mastered from vinyl - but it sounds great. EMI (+ various reissue companies) had been approached to do something official (from the master tapes of course) - but no - one was interested. So, as usual, it's down to the fans......
