Sad news that Susan Jacks of The Poppy Family (number seven in the UK charts in 1970 with "Which Way You Goin' Billy?)" has disclosed that she has been in progressively increasing stages of kidney failure since the early 1990s and is now preparing for dialysis and hoping for a kidney transplant. A lady with a great voice and she was married to Terry Jacks of "Seasons In The Sun" fame.

really sad news. I once read that Susan and Terry are brother and sister, are you sure that they were married ?

You had me reaching for all my music "bibles" then!

But no they were husband and wife and formed The Poppy Family together. According to Susan's official site, they married in 1967.
